Headed the amendment of the Malaysian Estate Agency Standards 2013 (2nd Edition)

Presented Paper on the actual Registration of Negotiators and increase of 1:50 RENs – 2018 to BOVAEP.

Estate Agent of the year 2019 awarded by BOVAEP.

Commenced Real Estate in 1989, became a Registered Estate Agent in 1994. Concluded hundreds of deals since then in all sectors worth millions of Ringgit.

Served in various Real Estate firms, notably the RGroup Sdn. Bhd. (RE/MAX Malaysia) as its Chairman from 2015 to mid 2020.
